Requirement 1.

It was an external project. But the place decided was just front of monteral tower which is in inclined form and the view was awsum so the mayor Drapeu loved to make an Olympic stadium for the prosper and to promote the international games. Well as this project was outsourced to the award winning contractor of 60's Roger tallibert. Which is famous for his designs and cost friendly behaviour. So it would be an external project with internal management system.

 

Requirment 2.

There are some stake holders that are directly affected by the flop of the stadium. And those are given below

1. The investors

Investors who invest in the construction of the stadium are affected by such drastic events as short of cash and time effects that investment and money drawn

2. The government or Mayor

The mayor who want to build this stadium but unfortunately due to poor budgeting by tallibert there is so much difference between actual and budgets so the government have to face the severe consequences due to such shortage of funds.

3. Labour are affected as due to stop working after default become visible

4.presure groups

The environmental and pressure groups affectd due to such stop in work and due to such fall back

5.players.

The players are badly affected by such in appropriate planing as the Olympic players are disturbed due to such act as the stadium not gone to be completed.

Public are badly affected by such events as they are excited but all excitement gone in vain as the project don't get completed

The need and expectation of each stake holders are clear and concise as every stake holders have differnt need and expectations.

1. Investors want the proper return on form of profit earning from the Olympics games and future international sports but unfortunately they are unable to earn it.

2. Pressure groups want to make the environment freindly stadium with no affect on environment and also protect the rights of labour

3. Public intrstt is in watching the games but unfortunately they are unable to look at

4.players

Players want to play in a well. Coozy environment but due to this miss management unable to play properly.

5. The mayor intrest is to make his City more beautiful but unable to build it

 

Requirment 4.

There are some important resources used in this project which are,

1. Funds

Availability of Funds are the backbone of any project which acording to budget estimattion is 71.06Million $ but actually the 1244.6 million $require so the shortage of funds cause the big affect on it.

2.Roger tallibert

The most renowned contractor of 60's. Which is famous for its low cost budget and better services but unfortunately he is unable to estimate the true budget which actually gone wrong and 1173million $ still. Required

3. Labour

The Labour used by the Roger tallibert are his own expert and know what to do in a short period of time

4.the Mayor Drapeu.

The Drapeu who want to build his state monteral by preparing the stadium in front of Tower are unable to do any thing as the budget goes beyond the range.

. 5. Employess are the main resources for it.

 

Requirment 5.

As due to out of cost and out of time but still. The olpymic s don't reduce the work. And thus it is required to refurnished the existing sitting of stafium rather to buil the new . In this way cost savung would be done and olymician able. To. Play but mometrral reduce the market bi introduction of such budget and times.
