NEGOTIATION 2 – PLANNING INSTRUCTIONS

For the Negotiation 2 simulation, students will be re-divided into new four-person groups, with
two students working together as a pair to negotiate the respective issues with the second pair of
two students. New groups, pairs, and roles will be assigned at random by the iDecisionGames
software.
In Module/Week 6, select the Negotiation 2 simulation that you have been assigned, review the
background and the confidential information for your role in the negotiation. Then, working with
the student who has been assigned the same role, develop a plan for your negotiation. Note:
during this planning module/week, do not contact the second pair of students in your group, who
will represent the other party.
Complete the Basics, Alternatives & Expectations, and Objective Criteria sections of the
Negotiation 2 simulation in iDecisionGames, providing at least 100 words in each section, and
incorporating Biblical principles throughout. Although you will be working in pairs, each student
must submit his or her own work in iDecisionGames.

Submit your assignment by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday of Module/Week 6.
