Introduction

Providing Public Schools students with resource help falls within the purview of the Student Support Services programs, which provide resources for students with specific needs, such as financial assistance, mental health support, and academic support. Myriad financial and human resources among Student programs are essential in supporting students in their academic, extracurricular, and personal lives (Ziegler et al., 2020). The political environment of the institution is a factor that affects the success of the program and student success. These factors can be controlled through good planning, resources, and program development. This paper discusses the financial and human resources required by the student for effective service program uptake.

The financial resources

Financial resources required by students for the new program include Private Scholarships and Loans, Budget and credit counseling, and free financial education. Private scholarships and loans are resources to help students pay for college or other education. This gives students the financial resources they need to meet the cost of college (Murphy et al., 2019).

Subsequently, Budget and credit counseling off er Students with skills necessary to create a budget in school; hence better utilization of funds. Furthermore, the temptation to splurge can exist when credit is widely accessible. Nonprofit counseling agencies like Green path offer credit counseling and even student loan counseling to help students get a head start on a more prosperous financial future.

Finally, Free financial education assists the student in learning more about stewardship by providing instructive videos and eBooks (Farthing,2022). Students can manage their finances and steer clear of excessive debt by receiving support from the school administration and using readily available resources while pursuing continuous academic success. Students who bank with Christian financial institutions can develop a habit of being financially responsible and utilizing their money in ways that honor God. The process of funding education can be a very beneficial form of education.

 

The human resources

The human resources required include program administrators, teaching, and non­ instructional staff. The Program Administrator will assume all of the responsibilities associated with the design, funding, monitoring, long-range planning, regulation, administration, and supervision of the program (Derlien, 2020). The Program Administrator will be responsible for all aspects related to designing a course or courses at their school to meet state requirements to qualify as a new program under Title II Part A (High School Equivalency ), Title II Part B (College Credit Plus) Title II Part C (General Educational Development plus).

Moreover, Non-instructional staff supports the educational program operationally by assisting in the administration and supervision of the program. The Non-instructional staff will assist the program administrator with the following tasks. Periodically audit program finances and make recommendations for reallocation of funds, if necessary; Maintain records of their duties, including timekeeping and attendance and maintain a current list of items requiring correction related to the proper delivery of services (Dobson 2021).

Additionally, the teaching staff will be responsible for the core classes in the new program. These will encompass the essential classes required to meet the state's requirements. The student will attain adequate knowledge of basic skills related to the area of study (Tsybulsky & Muchnik-Rozanov,  2019). The teaching staff will train the student to deliver appropriate learning styles. The core classes will build on what the student has already learned in a course and form the foundation for further development skills such as note-taking, test strategies, higher order thinking, organization, and critical learning strategies. The teaching staff will also develop other resources that enhance student learning, such as reading materials, videos, classroom posters, and other resources necessary to a successful program.

 

Conclusion

Financial and human resources among students programs are essential in supporting students in their academic, extracurricular, and personal lives. Financial resources required by students for the new program include private scholarships and loans, budget and credit counseling, and free financial education. Human resources required for the new program include program administrators, teaching, and non-instructional staff.
