Organizations tend to focus on using different forms of leadership so that they can achieve their desired goals. One of the most approaches that are used in various organizations is ethical leadership.  Ethical leadership refers to leadership that demonstrates and promotes the best approach for conducting through interpersonal relations and other personal actions (Engelbrecht, Heine & Mahembe, 2017).  It can be noted to be the process of putting people into management and leadership positions to ensure that there are promotions of good behaviors. The leaders will be an excellent example in an organization. The ethical conduct with their different actions and relationships noted in the workplace are featured to be the best.

Ethical leadership tends to focus its advantages at both levels of an organization, such as at the customer level, employees level, and at the company level.  The different leadership skills, especially those shown through ethical leadership, are vital for helping an organization create a positive ethical culture. Leaders often ensure that the organization is suitable to the investors and help in increasing the loyalty of customers to the organization. There are different dimensions of ethical leaders, and the common ones include sharing of power, fairness, the orientation of people, and concern for both integrity and sustainability (Ko et al., 2018).

Ethical leadership has shown different failures in some of the organizations that it has been applied. Some of the shortcomings of ethical leadership are noted in lack of self-control that is likely to cause relationship issues in an organization.
