General Report Format:
The report must be written formally and use proper grammar, sentence structure and avoid using personal pronouns. The report must be neat; all the results must be clear and arranged for ease of reading. Suggest using Font 12 for Times New Roman and 1.5- line spacing.

The conclusion section summarizes the main conclusions for the discussion of results. It should also conclude whether the objectives of the assignment are achieved or not. It should generally be not more than half an A4 page long.
All adapted work and parts of the report, taken from other sources, should be properly cited (using Harvard reference format) and include all necessary information and details to enable the reader to find the publication. The citation must follow the Harvard referencing style throughout the report.
