Instructions 
For this project, you arc being asked to create a Porposal to describe the report that you would like to write. The Proposal is a document that outlines key components of the process. including the scope of work, the research. the development, and the timeframe. The Proposal will indicate how you will approach your report and how you would like to proceed: this can be viewed as an extended outline. It is not the report itself. 
The Proposal includes five key areas of development: The Statement of Problem. the Statement of Purpose, the Research Methods. the Tentative Outline. and the Schedule of Work. You will find an example of a Proposal in our materials for this week. Please be sure that you have read the material thoroughly and have a clear understanding of how to approach each aspect of the plan. In terms of the Tentative Outline. I would like to see you include the following (at least): I. Main idea; A. Support: 1. Detail. 
You will submit this assignment to the Dropbox for grading. I have attached a copy of the rubric that I will use to grade this assignment.
