2) Wholesalers sell bulk quantity to retailers whereas retailers sell less quantity to end-users or consumers.

3) Retailer deal directly with the consumer by promoting their product through advertisement unlike the wholesalers.

4) Wholesalers sell the goods to the retailers at the lesser price whereas the retailers sell the good to the consumers at higher price to earn the profit.
