Organizational changes are something most individuals oppose. Fear of change may prompt negative reactions from stakeholders in an organization when implementing solutions to problems.  An example might be the need to downsize staff during a soft economy. As news of this begins to circulate employee morale and productivity will normally be affected. In this situation management will need to do some damage control.  Using personal experience or that of a friend or relative , please prepare a brief synopsis and post to this discussion forum.  Include information regarding the "change", the response and the damage control which was used, if applicable.
