But still nanoparticles have disadvantage and these are following:

• Lack of knowledge of helath risk associated with nanoparticles while using as drug delivery system.
• Lack of safe disposal and drainage system
• Efficiency varies with chage in physiological parameters
• Effect on outer environment is still unknown
• Nanoparticles are too small which may cause inhalation problem
