Design a comparator circuit that monitors light intensity and indicates whether it is within a desirable range or not.
Your circuit shall meet the following criteria:
- based on an LM139 comparator (LM139, TEXOAC) and an LDR (LDR, TRXD)
-  5V power supply for the entire circuit
- controls an LED by sinking current (cathode connected to output pin)
- LED is OFF for light levels between 100 Lux and 200 Lux, and ON outside that range
Confirm the correct operation of the circuit with simulations and measurements. Discuss your approach and observations.
