What are FinFETs? Their electrical and thermal properties as well as advantages an disadvantages as compare to MOS devices. Different types of FinFET (or 3D Transistors) most recent innovative structures 
Instruction 
The project has to start with appropriately focused literature search. Please fmd at least 10 papers (conferences or journals—web links do not count) related to the chosen topic. Read each paper briefly. Start with abstract, introduction, results and conclusions. Choose at least 5 papers that focus on the topic you had chosen, and are also important and interesting. Read the chosen papers carefully and prepare your presentation. At least 3 papers out of 5 have to be published in the last five years (starting with 2015). It is also possible that you will not find 5 good papers in the group of 10 you started with. In such case you need to go back and do another literature search may be using different better chosen key words. a. A list of initial 10+ papers has to be included on the last slide of your presentation.
