Three-Minute Pause
Reset your Mind: If you've ever felt lost or directionless in your life, you probably know how hard it can be to make progress on anything. When you have clarity around your goals and priorities, it is easier to move towards what you want out of life. This week's three-minute pause gives you the opportunity to quiet the mind and gain a bit of introspection. This exercise is just one step forward as life never slows down and isn't always clear-cut, but if you can learn to quiet the mind for just three minutes, your eyes will be opened to just how useful this exercise can be.

After completing this video and exercise, in one or two paragraphs reflect on the following:
- Take notice and describe your experience.
- Analyze the experience and answer the following question.
- During this three-minute pause, what did you notice? How difficult or easy was it to be free of distracting thoughts? Did you reach a point where you were able to quiet your mind?
- Reflect on what you learned and how you will use this learning in your life.
