Major Assignment #2: Project Completion 

The purpose of this assignment is to navigate the project development process, make decisions and create the documents that you will use in the real-world. You will develop your project in small groups (3-4).

You will create the following documents based on the information on the project you have decided to do with your groups:  

1. Work breakdown (WBS)
2. Recourse Requirement table
3. Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS)
4. Labor activity table 
5. Project Description form 
6. Risk assessment matrix

 

You must include a title page and list the context of the documents in the order shown above.
