ASSIGNMENT 1

Instructions:

 

1. The assessment covers the topics in Unit 1 and Unit 2.

2. The total marks for TMA 1 is 100 and contributes 25% to the total grade.

3. Submit your TMA to the Online Assignment Submission system. Submission of TMAs in hard copy will not be accepted. Marks will be awarded for quality content and presentation.

4. Times New Roman 12 pt font should be used for all writing. Answer all questions in English. Words counting : 2500 – 3000 words

5. Students would be required to attach the TMA Declaration form as the front cover of their TMA. No duplication of work will be tolerated. Any plagiarism or collusion may result in disciplinary action to all parties involved.

6. Assignment due date : 10^th June 2021

7. Citation : APA style – maximum 5 references

A tuition center located in Penang with 5 teachers, 2 admin assistants and 1 cashier. Currently all the process of students’ registration, fees payment, class room assignment and attendance are done manually.

You are appointment to study the current process and would like you to propose a computerized system for their internal business processes.

 

a. Provide Context Diagram and DFD level 0 for the processes that have been identified.
