This written assignment is worth 25 points, awarded as follows:

Read GAO Report 07-359T, DEFENSE ACQUISITIONS: DOD Needs to Exert Management and Oversight to Better Control Acquisition of Services.

Write a 1000 word, double-spaced essay that:

1. Identifies contract stakeholders and their interests;
2. Summarizes key problems in the pre-award and award processes; and
3. Makes recommendations for resolution of these problems going forward.
