2. Involving: the business organization should involve all the employees working in the business organization. Involving means, communicating with all the employees, and making all of them work for the betterment of the business organization.

3. Consulting: the business organization should consult all the members of the organization, such as directors, departmental managers, employees, investors, and others. This will help in better decision making and will make the process of managerial implementation easy for business managers.
