Not a single policy is effective if implemented alone but a combination of policies can be.

As we look at the problem of poverty and income inequality the first factor that comes in the mind is to push excess money in the market so that problem has vanished but it is actually so?

No, merely pushing money is not the solution but carrying multiple policies in an effective manner is required to get the desired results.

The main policies to be considered and in the manner to be considered is discussed below.

Firstly instead of merely giving money in the hands of people give them the way so that they should use their own skills and earn that money so that they value the money and can earn that respectfully.

So, the first most thing to be done is to eradicate the rate of unemployment by giving employment opportunities.

The next policy should be of health as much as healthy a person is the most they can give to earn and do their own works efficiently.

Policies regarding health should be considered like eradicating basic health issues, proper injection course of basic medications, routine checkups should be made compulsory.

After health and unemployment eradication main role is of education through which people become aware of their rights, earnings, skills, how to take care of their health, what to contribute to the nation which comes back to them in form of developments, etc. Education policies are a base foundation for each and everything. As education plays a vital role. Education should be compulsory for primary and secondary school children.

Then another policy is regarding income inequality which includes tax slabs to reconsider as if the burden should not be on the poor but on the multiple income earners.

Then income should be split with the help of taxes as below the poverty line should be subsidized through the taxes collected. Also, the number of properties to be make limited and extra should be given at minimum prices or at subsidized rates to the poor so that basic facilities should be availed by all.

Then comes the development policies which are effective as there is development there are more opportunities for the citizens and more opportunities mean more earnings and less unemployment.

When I talked about these policies I left many policies mentioned in the question. But when you read it and conclude you will find that these 4 main policies themselves include the others. For example, if there is development there is no need to do the migration to somewhere else. If there is education, citizens themselves know that population should be controlled and also helping hand to be shared with each other and extra. So, the main focus should be on the 4 main policies.
