If you've experienced working with a virtual team -- perhaps a group assignment for a course? or perhaps a workplace meeting? -- think about what worked and what didn't work, and what you would do differently. What would've made a difference?

Discuss what a leader should do to build a high-performing team that operates across space, time, and organizational boundaries. Describe the conditions that must be in place and identify one example of "what not to do".
