Challenges Managers face with having their workforce working from home:
- There is a problem of time discipline and punctuality. In past, when employees had to visit offices they had to be on time in office but in work from home mode they work as per their schedule. There is not a strict timeline for work
- They have lot of distractions at their home which affect their efficieny at work.
- A biggest problem for Managers is communication in this case. There can be several connectivity issues at home, sometimes unavoidable and emergent situation can occur and connectivity issue can impart huge loss.
- There is no strict supervision possible, so timely and effcient work management become hard for manager.
- Manager feels hard to motivate employees at work in online mode which somehow affects completion of work on time.
- There is problem of keeping all the record of time, attendance, data for the manager which is a very hectic and complicated task for manager in case of large infra of the company.

Adopting new technologies for future employement within my industry:
- Use of Machine Learning and Artifical Intelligence must be encouraged for future employement. It will help in cost cutting, efficient and timely completion of work. It will help employees to complete their work at pace.
- Digital hiring process is a future of hiring process. It will help companies to hire talent digitally with cost efficiency and a wide exposure and reach to potential candidates.
- Use of Humanoid robot will help employees in the completion of various tasks which seems complicated to do with greater efficiency.
- It will hence improve productivity and will create more prosperous world.
