Think about your previous Geography experience.  I'm sure you had some good, some bad, and some ugly Geography experiences.  This will be part of your discussion.

Format your initial response as follows:

1. Say the name you prefer to be called in class.  You may want to provide a way to say your name phonetically.
2. Where you are from.  This is a Geography class after all.
3. Your major and where to plan to transfer to
4. Your best Geography experience.  It doesn't have to be in a formal class.  Be creative.
5. A bad Geography experience. Again, it doesn't have to be in a formal class.  Be creative.
6. Your ugliest Geography experience.

A sample response (mine) looks like this:

2. I am from Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley to be more precise
3. I am a Geography major.  I transferred to Sonoma State University.
4. My best Geography experience: my recent trip to Spain, Gibraltar, and Morocco - using my knowledge of Geography to maximize the experience!
5. A bad Geography experience: I got a really bad sunburn in Australia - I'm sure it could have been worse!
6. The ugly: I didn't get an A in California Geography because I didn't remember the elevation of Mt Whitney for the final exam!
