Construct (1) a well-crafted form and (2) separate argument diagrams of the following arguments put forward by concerned students and the administration of the University of Technology. This argument came against the background that almost 400 students were deregistered last semester for non-payment of tuition fees. Please observe all the principles of a Well-Crafted Argument for this exercise. 
 STUDENT:
For a variety of reasons, UTECH is no longer affordable to ordinary Jamaicans. First, UTECH has repeatedly increased tuition well beyond the rate of inflation and any government institution that increases prices in such a fashion is sure to widen the gap between rich and poor. Second, many UTECH students are beginning to question the value of higher education since a college degree no longer guarantees an attractive salary. Third, rightly or wrongly, Students believe that UTECH has not practiced good financial management, and hence they think that tuition dollars often subsidize inefficiency.
PRINCIPAL:
While UTECH has come under heavy criticism last year, this institution will undoubtedly remain a vital force in the life of Jamaicans for generations to come. For one thing, although tuition have increased significantly over the past decade, the fact remains that the fees are heavily subsidized and a college or university degree is the surest way to increase one's social and occupational status. For another reason, UTECH grads as a group indicate higher levels of satisfaction with their lives than do those with lesser educational attainments. Finally, you show me a nation with a weak system of higher education and I'll show you a nation with little power. And Jamaicans should never willingly accept a position of relative powerlessness among the nations of the world.
