Investigate the guiding principles of cultural proficiency and create a personal growth plan. Identify three to five leadership behaviors including the knowledge you seek to gain and skills you want to demonstrate within your organization. Development of your personal growth plan should allow you to demonstrate culturally proficient leadership behaviors in your organization. Include reflections, new ideas, and insights you have gained as a leader and person as well as why it is personally important for you to become culturally proficient. Be specific about the behaviors you want to strengthen and provide examples of how you will accomplish tasks and how you will know when you have attained your growth behaviors. Describe how each affects your role as culturally proficient leader in your organization.

Your paper should:
Be at least eight to ten double-spaced pages using a 12-pt font;
Include sections: Introduction, Selected Behaviors, Application, and Key Learnings;
Have all spelling and grammar edited;
Comply with APA formatting including title page with running header and page numbers;
Include a Reference section;
