Tourism can be termed as movement of people temporary in other designations apart from their own homes or their world places, some activities are done during the time in the destinations and creations of facilities with the aim of catering for their needs. Since 4850BC the tourism sector has been growing each and every day. In those years traveling was due to adventure and curiosity. Between the years of 1027BC and 900 BC traveling was done with the purpose of trade. Travel routes were formed and roads improved which resulted to increase traveling in the cities for the purpose of trade (Cook, et al 2018). In the 18th and the 19th century then there was more development in the innovation and traveling means. Industrial revolution had taken place and the Europeans travelled to other continents to such for colonies.
After the end of the Second World War people had time and money to travel and spend and diner club came up with credit card in 1950. More travel destination was formed between 1978 and 1984 with cities and continents being connected with airlines which resulted to development of hotels and improved tourism. All these new innovation resulted to improved tourism across the continent.

Some of the advantages of the baby boomers are that they have enough savings and time to spend on quality hotels and tour around the world. These results to hotels getting more clients paying good amounts of money therefore resulting to increased profits. As the hospitality business is getting to another level, and more amazing places are coming up. The baby boomers make up the majority of the demographic visiting these places (Cook, et al 2018). With the aging of the baby boomer, more seniors have all the time and a dispensable income than they had previously. The industry is then be earning more than it was resulting to growth in the hospitality business

Some of the innovations like the credit cards made it possible for people to pay services in any country and therefore encouraging more people to travel. The innovation of internet booking by Google as made tourism be sure of save places to spend their time which means tourists will not worry on how where to spend their time after destination. With the innovation of facebook and other social media platforms tourist attraction centers can know market their places in these cites and this has increased the number of people interest in having a tour to these places resulting to increased revenue in hospitality sector (Cook, et al 2018). The hotel sector is the most benefiting sector.
This is because with the use of technology hotels are able to advertise their services all over the world and attract many clients. The innovation of internet booking and the use of credit cards has reduced the queuing of customers and therefore improved operations in the hotel sector.
With the introduction of artificial intelligence in the hospitality sector people are able to travel o as many countries across the contents as possible without the fear of communication barriers. The use of software’s in translating languages has enabled travelers to communicate well. The introduction of smart travel agents in the tourism sector has ensured safe travel for their clients and helped in meeting customer needs life air tickets, booking of hotels ad issuing travel insurance (Cook, et al 2018). The transport sector is making use of the artificial intelligence than any other sector. With the introduction of traveling agencies the artificial intelligence has been deployed to ensure customer safety and needs are met.
The future of artificial intelligence in hospitality industry will not only increase the revenue but also improve the customer satisfaction. The use of the artificial intelligence will be the main stream of the customer experience in the near future (Cook, et al 2018). Some of the developments expected will be the use of chat box for the customer care and the use of virtual assistant and which will result to improved customers experience as well as increased revenue.
