1.Arrange to interview an individual with a chronic illness or disability (hearing, vision, mobility) about the challenges faced in interactions with nondisabled persons. Report the results of your interview in one-two paragraphs (40 pts).

2. Take an inventory of your house or apartment and make a list of modifications that you would need to make if you were suddenly confined to a wheelchair. Would you even be able to stay at your current residence? Discuss in one-two paragraphs (40 pts).

3. Review your family history for chronic health conditions. Are you at risk? If so, what are things you have done or could do to significantly decrease your risk? Discuss in one-two paragraphs (20 pts)
