Here is the case scenario you need to work from:

You are the Vice President of the newly created Digital Transformation division for a large multidisciplinary and integrated health system (System). This system is contemplating a new strategic long-term investment in AI initiatives and programs that will help the system meet the community's needs being served, compete in the marketplace, and improve patient care and business outcomes. The System CEO handed you this report study from Mckinsey, "Artificial Intelligence the Next Digital Frontier" (the report is attached), and asked you to work with your IT management team members to assess and summarize this report and prepare a case study presentation about the role and impact of AI for the System's Board of Directors. Note that due to market dynamics and shifting competitive market position, the Board of Directors requests that Digital Transformation present a business case justifying pursuing and implementing the AI strategy.

This assignment has two parts:

?             Part I: Prepare and submit an Executive Summary (no more than two (2) pages) to summarize this report. Also, include the title and reference pages according to the APA writing style.

Both parts must be submitted in two separate files. Format the final draft of the assignment in APA style format. Your ppt. The Executive Summary should cite at least 10 current references; five (5) are from current peer-reviewed journals. The references for both parts can be used interchangeably.
