Client use escape to cope with the complex situation, which is not easy task. Raising low self-esteem is shown, lack self- trust to convince herself that she can do it. Therefore, she lacks motivation to try and communicate to others. She used to live in this defense style.

Session1: introduction

 

Session2: Confused with the government policies about epidemic prevention measures. Feel useless about herself due to the confusion on how to use smart phone. If can’t use smart phone, can’t be able to get in the public place. On weekdays, can only go out when she buys vegetables, and she spend too much time at home, and life becomes boring.

 

Session3: The situation of doing nothing at home is more and more frequent. On the one hand, she knows that my family is worried about her health and safety. On the other hand, she cannot get used to being stuck at home for a long time every day. She thinks that the impact of the epidemic on him is greater than he imagined. At first, he thought the situation would be resolved soon, but now the situation is getting worse and he is beginning to feel disappointed with the government.
