PYCL 0586 Final Assessment: Case Conceptualization and Treatment Plan (25 points)
For this final assignment, you will create a case conceptualization for a client that is struggling with a mental health diagnosis at three different ages. You will develop three separate treatment plans to help your client cope with their diagnosis at each age (i.e., a client diagnosed with Gender Dysphoria at ages 4, 10 and 17). For whichever diagnosis you choose, your client will present with similar symptoms, but these symptoms will look different based on their age and their level of support at home, at school and in the community. Your client will also have different needs and challenges depending on their age. You may model the fictious client from a tv/movie/book character or create your own character. Your treatment plan must include”
