I have people skills because I can create systems that foster trust and increase organizational performance. My ability to create direction allows me to evaluate a company's approach to leadership and overall vision. I can also restructure an organization's procedures in ways that result in demonstrable gains. Am skilled at communicating the findings of my evaluations and suggestions to clients who may be sensitive to perceived criticism. As an OD practitioner, good interpersonal skills allow me to communicate effectively and create partnerships with different clients, this entails clearly expressing ideas, listening intently, and responding properly.
