Sensations

Human beings’ sensations, thoughts, feelings, motives, actions, memories, and other capacities are associated with their nervous system activities and structures, which help a person coordinate their emotions and feelings towards given stimuli. The connection that human beings have with the nervous system is that the structures that help a person distinguish their reactions towards a specific environmental stimulus will require them to respond to them in specific ways (Gibbons, 2019). The nervous system offers human beings the intelligence to separate the negative sensations, thoughts, feelings, motives, actions, memories, and all other feelings to the positive responses, which will guide how a person can relate to the various factors that comprise their environment. Hence, the nervous system is responsible for the various human behaviors, guided by their emotions and feelings towards given factors in their niche. The nervous system and structures define a person as a being since they help coordinate the various functions that the body will be reacting to, making it a central organ that can influence human feelings and emotions, which are fundamental components that make up human behaviors (Reyes-Vázquez et al., 2012). Thereby, with the ability of the nervous system to coordinate the activities that the brain has processed for the body, the system can allow the brain to produce some hormones which will be responsible for regulating the various emotions and feelings that a person will show.

Various types of damage often affect the nervous system and impair a person’s ability to have consistent reactions towards the various factors in their niche. They include headaches, which are an often-occurring neurological disorder. Headaches affect people of all ages and make individuals unable to have their neural system coordinate the activities of their bodies in a manner that will be consistent with separating the negative and positive emotions and feelings (Gabella, 2012). Epilepsy and seizures damage the brain, which is the origin where the nervous system gets its roots, transmitting various activities to the body. Hence, Epilepsy and seizures will make the brain have occurrences of periods when it cannot function normally, impairing the ability of the nervous system to coordinate the required activities of the body, which inform the sensations, emotions, and feelings reactions that a person will depict. Also, stroke impairs a given part of the body by making the nerves ineffective to coordinate the various activities initiated in the brain to define a person’s sensations, feelings, motives, actions, memories, thoughts, and other capabilities. Therefore, various factors impact the nervous system, and they make the system unable to define the different responses that a person will have in their niche.
