Part 1
Growth mindset is the idea that you can do something. By simply adding the word yet to a sentence, you can change your thoughts from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. For example, "I can’t manage my time well” vs “I can’t manage my time well, yet.” After reviewing this week’s resources on the growth vs. fixed mindset, we now understand how our thinking can influence the successes we achieve and how we overcome and view previous challenges.

I have encountered several instances of miscommunication. A memorable one happened in school where a friend of mine accused me of hiding their personal belongings. According to him I was the last person in possession with the belongings. The convey seek habit of first to understand then be understood could have helped in calming the situation. Maybe I could have listened to him before I explained myself. Taking care of my well being is important since it helps me build emotional, physical and social intellectual capabilities that will help me handle others around me.
Part 5

The goals and objectives will keep me focused and motivated to achieve what was set. Study strategies most helpful would include time management and focusing on the goals and objectives of my career (Yeager & Dweck, 2020). Learning styles are important since they provide guidelines that ensure I remain focused throughout my studies to achieve my career goals.
