A bad boss is someone who does not understand the workers that he has employed. By understanding I mean, he does not relate with them in any way and has placed harsh working conditions on them regardless of how it is affecting them. A good boss is one who relates with the clients to a very personal level. A good boss understands some of the issues that they go through and has created a good atmosphere from which the work from.

The productivity between these two bosses cannot even be compared. When it comes to the bad boss, the rate of stock turnover is low because the employees do not work effectively. Whenever the employees are not motivated, they end up not doing their best because they do not feel the need to. At the end of the day they will not be rewarded no matter how good they are. However, the good boss will always have a high stock turnover rate because the employees are constantly feeling the need to do better and to work better because more often than not, the good boss always rewards his employees for a job well done.

I would estimate a difference of maybe 30-40%. I mean if the good boss gets 80% productivity, then the bad boss might get a 50% productivity rate or even less.

Turnover is very important because it is what is used to estimate if a business is growing or not. So, when you have a low stock turnover rate, then it is very hard for your business to grow.

When we talk about human dignity, we are talking about how one operates in his/her business in terms of the integrity they apply. For example, how loyal are you to your clients? Ate you selling to them legit goods? Are you kind to them or how do you relate with them? Do you leave them in a state where they just want to keep on relating with you and doing business with you?

Personally, I believe that human dignity and profit go hand in hand. This is because human dignity shows the clients exactly who you are and that is the where they place their loyalty. Imagine this, a client pays you $50 and the good/service was worth $35 and they forget their balance. How happy with this client be when they come back next time and you remind them of that balance where they remember it themselves or not? You will have bought the loyalty of that client and he/she might also be inclined to bring more of his/her friends because he/she has noted that you are someone worth working with. Won’t you have added to your profits?

I believe that human dignity and profits go hand in hand. If you investigate any business that is making good profit, then the management of that business is honest and truthful and also has a good customer relation. Clients have an inside loyalty to businesses that are run with utmost human dignity.
