Dataset 1: Prepare an excel dataset of hotel occupancy for the last 5 years with the assumption that most of the time the hotel is having low occupancy. The dataset should have multi variables (independent variables) that affect the dependent variable which is occupancy. 

Then perform (a) Multi-Variable Regression Analysis, (b) Time series analysis, and (c) linear program on this dataset and provide the interpretation of each statistical analysis. 

Dataset 2: Another excel dataset of last 2 years on lack of dining customers on weekends in a restaurant. Similarly multi variables independent factors have to be there in the dataset. 

Then perform (a) Multi-Variable Regression Analysis, (b) Time series analysis, and (c) linear program on this dataset and provide the interpretation of each statistical analysis. 

Dataset 3: Another dataset with the assumption that the hotel is facing inventory problems (often running out of inventories) This dataset will also include multi variables. 

Then perform (a) Multi-Variable Regression Analysis, (b) Time series analysis, and (c) linear program on this dataset and provide the interpretation of each statistical analysis. 

P.S. Datasets do not require to be too big.
