Social Worker” Reflections on the Skills Demonstration IPR Immediately following the skills demonstration, the social worker takes time to write brief answers to the following questions:     What was your expectation for this brief encounter?     What do you think the client was trying to say? What do you think he/she wanted from you?       What do you think the client was feeling during the session?       What thoughts were going through your mind? What were you feeling?       Is there anything you wish you had said to the client? If you had the chance now, how might you tell him/her what you are thinking and feeling?         What do you think the client’s perceptions of you are?         How successful were you at applying today’s course content to the client interview? Why?
