The four pillars of healthy talks usually direct us on what to and not to feed on. We have food that is prebiotics which are soluble fibers like bananas. These types of food provide good bacteria in our bodies; hence, when used in the body, they help our immune system; the second form of food is probiotic, which is friendly to our gut; for example, yoghurt helps in food digestion.
Additionally, we have a third group of food used to starve the harmful bacteria that causes infections. These foods include sugar and terrestrial. Some scientists argue that these dangerous bacteria trigger our mind to crave these sugary foods since they feed typically on them. The last type of food is the balanced diet, which comprises protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, and starch. I always try to include the three types of food and avoid the sugars unless it from honey in my diet.

I'm not a mindless eater, as Brian Wansink describes the habit. This is because I usually exercise more than I eat, and of a curse, I regulate the amount of food I consume and take a lot of water in a day. I also don't take my food in a family-style whereby I can eat my food anywhere, including in the kitchen. Instead, I usually serve my dish in the kitchen, walk to the table, and have it there.
More so, I always try to use the rule of two when I'm at the restaurant. I don't consider it as anything special to me, so I do take my meals freely without feeling pressure of having more, and another thing is that I like putting barriers between me and snacks, not the physical ones. Additionally, I have made it like a norm to be taking a fruit before a snack.
