The steps to make sure that a product management team is willing to loan out important personnel who will help in achieving success include;

      i.         Evaluating the personnel or team members to determine the personnel who are capable of achieving the product management process's goals.

    ii.         Providing training by familiarizing the team with the product management process requirements and assigning the team members their respective roles in the team.

  iii.         Ensuring the availability of a favorable working environment for the proposed team members so that they can be willing to achieve the success of the processes involved. This also includes providing incentives.

  iv.         Promising sufficient guidance and direction to the proposed team members so that they can undertake the process with confidence.

The methods I would use to help with this success include;

      i.         Evaluation of customer needs- this method includes analyzing customers' needs so that the product management team can be aware of the findings of the analysis.

    ii.         Training the team members- this method of achieving success under product management involves the aspect of ensuring that the product team members have the required qualifications to undertake the product management process. This ensures the success of the product management process.
