Tasks and estimated task times are as follows:
Packing and labeling boxes - 6 minutes per box
Loading boxes into dolly - 1 minute per box

- Person #2 – Work package #2 (in sequence): Move boxes from old office to new office (i.e. Load boxes on dolly, Move dolly to new office and Unload boxes in new office, Move dolly back to 3rd floor). Person works on one office until it is completed. NOTE that Person #2 cannot start loading dolly until all boxes for an office is packed and labeled.
- Person #1 – Work package #3: Clean all old offices (at the end of the day i.e. after packing and labeling of boxes in all offices are completed).
