In this activity, you will develop the research question that you will use for the assignments throughout this course.

Submit the following:

  1. General Topic of Interest
  2. Research Objective/Purpose: “Why” of the research
    • Remember that this can be addressed by completing the sentence, "The purpose of this study is . . ."
  3. Research Question(s): “What” of the research
    • Remember that this can be addressed by completing the sentence, "I wonder if/how..."

Note: It is a normal part of the iterative process of research to revise and refine the research question.

Your instructor will give you feedback about your Research Question in Module 1 Developing Your Research Question assignment. For this Research Roundtable, you will share your preliminary Research Question with your classmates for feedback. You, in turn, will provide feedback to your classmates. This is an opportunity to fine-tune your Research Question before submitting it to your instructor.
