Instructions:

  1. ASSIGNMENT 1 contains Three (3) questions and you are required to answer ALL questions.
  2. ASSIGNMENT 1 carries 45% of your final total marks.
  3. The assignment should be typed using Arial, font size 12 and double spaced, approximately 2500-3000 with minimum 5 references (APA style) words and in essay format.
  4. The deadline for the submission of ASSIGNMENT 1 is 28 January 2021, 11:59pm. A softcopy should be submitted via Online Assignment Submission System.
  5. Students are highly encouraged to passage their Course Assignments to the Turnitin below 25% system before submission, to encourage honest academic writing and it is not mandatory except for Project courses. 2

He has been provided sufficient resources to do his job but due to the lockdown during the pandemic, the few trainings he received on product knowledge and selling techniques have been done online and his performance has not been very good.

Analyse this scenario based on the MARS model of individual behaviour.
