1. Make a post in the discussion forum below with your weekly reflection text. In your reflection, answer the below questions and also expand on your thoughts.

Reflection Questions: 

• What did you find interesting in this week’s course material?
• What was surprising to you?
• How do the interpersonal and relational theories of health behavior apply to your chosen health topic? What kinds of interventions could be created for your topic using these models? What are the strengths and limitations of how they apply to your topic? 
• What did you learn from your case study and how does it reflects or contradicts the week's readings? Highlight what you want your classmates to know from your case study.
• What are you excited to learn more about based on this week’s work?
• What concept(s) are you feeling unsure about? What would you like clarity on? 
• Pose at least one question to your peers for discussion based on this week’s material and your reflection.

Conceptual model application: Models of Interpersonal Health Determinants

Create each of this week’s theories/models using the health topic you chose for the course, representing relevant behavioral outcomes and constructs.

1. Create your own visual diagrams in Google Drawing to represent the below models related to your chosen health topic. Think about/make notes on what kinds of interventions could be built around each model.
2. Post the link to your Google Drawings in this discussion forum. Ensure your settings allow for anyone with the link to view (not edit) your work.

              - Social Cognitive Theory
              - Social Support Model
              - Transactional Model of Stress and Coping
              - Social Networks theory

Case study application: Mental Health
 

1. Locate a peer-reviewed article about a social level intervention for mental health.
2. In a new Google Doc, compose a 2-page double-spaced synthesis of the article. First, read and briefly summarize the article's background, methods, results, and conclusions using your own language (max 1 page double-spaced). Then, use critical thinking and provide an analysis of how this article connects to this week's module (max 1 page double-spaced). Include an APA citation and web link to the article.
3. Post a link to your case study's Google Doc with your Weekly Reflection. Ensure your settings allow for anyone with the link to view (not edit) your work.
