The existence of a contract should be there between employer and employee so as to avoid conflicts in the organization. It consists of rules and regulations which are binding to both parties. The termination of the contract is done according to the policies of the organization. Under UK employment contracts, it is an implied condition for employees to be obedient and employers to pay them on time by providing them with a good working environment.

The rights of an employee during its employment should be known to him. The employer should follow rules set by the government for minimum wages and salaries, leaves, overtime time and working hours.
