I think for the type of business I would like to get into, IT & Cyber Security consulting, technology is a huge part of the of the operational plan. There isn't too much of a requirement for facility and equipment as much of the work can be done remotely, but having the right technology and knowledge of technology is what makes the business value proposition. As long as the front end (website) is professional in a way to generate sales leads, and you have the tools (technology) to do the job after making the leads, everything else relies on those critical factors. Not all businesses would be the same but I feel these would be the most important for this type of business.
