It is important to find balance between chaos and order as well as evolution and revolution, to put it simply, one cannot exist without the other. In order to have evolution, you will need revolution, and this is the same with order and chaos, they are opposites, but come as a pair. Just like Sir Isaac Newton said, "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" or like in "the principle of Yin and Yang is that all things exist as inseparable and contradictory opposites"(Cartwright, 2020). As a business leader, I would never want to have too much of one because it would offset the other, possibly pushing the organization to a point of no return (thenatureofbusiness.org, 2012).

Three conditions that I would think need to be implemented in my organizations to create a culture of innovation and change would be passion, communication, and listening. Without these things, there would not be a culture of innovation. If passion did not exist, then there would not be anyone willing to create new ideas or product. Communication and listening would be crucial for a culture of innovation and change because the employees would need to work together at times to come up with new and improved items or ideas to better grow the organization. The employees would begin to hate their job and want to move to another if they did not have a say on the next project.
