the skill i saw in target skillset from the clip is empowerment, because color people talked about the problems is racism. They expressed their idea and talked about what they are fighting everyday. The one agent skill that i saw is Inclusion, an american guy ask the asian like why don't you said you are american instead of other american. so basically, he still expect the target to meet his expectation. and he did not see the rank system exist as the threaten for targets.
