You are going to put together a 3-year strategic plan for your organization or an organization you want to work for.

Here are the parts I want you to complete:

1. Give an introduction about your company
2. Conduct an External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix and explain your weights and ratings
3. Conduct a Competitive Profile (CPM) Matrix and explain your weights and ratings
4. Conduct an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix and explain your weights and ratings
5. Conduct a SWOT Matrix and provide 1 for each of the following: SO, WO, ST, WT. I only need to see 1 of each of the following, not the whole matrix. Explain how you put your strategies together
6. Pick 2 to 4 of your strategies and explain how you are going to implement this as part of your 3-year strategic plan. Here are additional items to discuss:
   1. Organizational Structure, will you need to make changes to match your strategies
   2. What changes in the process of your products or services will need to be made?
   3. What kind of marketing campaign will you need to do?
   4. What kind of financial issues would you run into?
   5. How will you create a competitive advantage and how long do you think you can hold that competitive advantage?
   6. Provide a 3-year projected revenue and net profit from these strategies
   7. Explain how you aligned your resources with your competitive methods but are making sure you aren’t stealing from your critical success factors
   8. How and when will you measure the success of your strategies?
   1. What kind of back-up plans do you have if the strategies aren’t successful?

You will not actually score your strategies because they are not actually being put into place. There is not minimum or maximum length on this assignment. Just make sure you have explained your strategic outlook thoroughly and supported it with evidence. If you do not have exact numbers because your company does not allow you access to them, then estimate the best you can.
