Plus size women tend to be overlooked in the luxury industry and most luxury brands have a size limit stopping at size 12 or 14. I want my brand to extend the sizing and having plus size women to be able to own luxury ready-to-wear clothes and be stylish and have good quality pieces they can wear numerous times. I would have my sizing from XXS-6XL as my extended sizing for women. My brand aesthetic is a maximalist, hype beast, and eclectic, yet sophisticated and bold luxury brand. I will attached my parts 1-6 of my project to show the progress and everything with this project flows together as well as their will be an excel sheet that has to be use for three separate slides to make projections of how successful this brand will be. Also, it will be important to revise and update the business model canvas I have that you will see in all my project parts. The business model canvas has to be on the slide with the same format. You can provide any more suggestions to add to the business canvas as well. Course Project Part 7: Revenue Streams and Revenue Models Learning Outcomes After completing this part of the project, you will be able to: report your findings and key insights gathered through speaking with five potential customers test your hypotheses about the revenue model review and revise your Business Model Canvas based on the shifts in your thinking resulting from testing your hypotheses about the revenue model. Procedure Talk to any 5 potential customers of the 15 originally identified to test your hypotheses about the revenue model, and generate findings. Create a presentation that includes the following (your presentation must follow the order that is listed below): SLIDE 1: Cover Slide SLIDE 2: Discusses your top assumptions for revenue stream, pricing, demand, and purchase frequency SLIDE 3: Good/Better/Best Projections (use graph visualizations from template) (one projection per slide!!) (Will attach excel sheet and use the excel sheet for each slide for good, better, and best projections). SLIDE 4: Hypothesis-Experiments-Results-Change: What did you learn about your revenue model? SLIDE 5: Results: 3 - 5 slides describing the output of your test card and conversations with customers - quotes, notes, data SLIDE 6: Business Model Canvas: Revise your BMC so that it reflects the shifts in your thinking resulting from testing your hypotheses about customer segments. Highlight changes by making them red. Updated Business Model Canvas: Most up to date / clean canvas. ****I will also attach the Excel sheet template that needs to be used for the presentation as well for this part of the project!! Please use this excel sheet as it will help the other parts of the project come together FOR EACH PROJECTION! ****Also, please do the project through a Canva Presentation, it will be easier for me to download and submit! ****Also, for the Hypothesis slide, try to use any helpful data such as pie and graph charts from surveying people to get their perspective and what the results are as well as statistics about plus-size clothing as well as plus-size luxury.
