For this assignment, you will be creating a presentation in which you will explain the duties and responsibilities of a human resources team member and describe the function and role of human resources in general. You have a choice of two formats in which to submit your assignment. Please see below:

• Format 1: You will create a PowerPoint presentation consisting of at least 10 slides with audio voiceover and speaker notes.
• Format 2: You will create a handmade poster and record a 3- to 5-minute video of yourself presenting the poster as if you were presenting it in a classroom of your peers. Once you have created the video, you will upload it to YouTube and paste the link into a Word document that you will submit into Blackboard for grading. Also, include a clear picture of your poster and references. You may also include your references in the Word document.

Regardless of which presentation option you select, include visual representations as well as evidence to support your research. Keep in mind that your audience includes your peers, so be sure to tailor the presentation to their needs. Be sure to use at least two resources in your presentation.
