Provide a final ranking of the foreign, military, and domestic threats that we have discussed in this class. 

For each threat identified, provide TWO focused, intelligence directing, questions that can inform the DCI, SECDEF, and IC community collection managers seeking to meet these requirements - produce intelligence (an information product that can inform decisionmakers and policy leaders). 

Given the ranking and the stated questions (priority intelligence requirements), the intelligencecommunity (as an organization) will need to plan and direct its efforts to address the threats conveyed and the specific information requirements by leveraging finite resources that pursue intelligence (as a process): collection, processing, analysis and production, and then dissemination.

Identify, categorize, rank, and identify intelligence requirements (questions that can direct collections and reporting) on the the top five security threats facing the nation today (foreign, military, and/or domestic).

• Identify and Categorize the threat - Name the organization (or driver in the case of climate change or a naturally occurring threat - like COVID). Is the threat transnational (beyond direct control of a government) or driven to pursue the interests of nation-states' policies and interests (responsive to a recognized government with authority over an approved territorial boundary).  Consider these resources: 1, 2, 3, 4,
• Rank the FIVE TOP THREATS (1-5: with 1 being most threatening (top risk) and 5 being least threatening of the top five).
• Provide at least two intelligence driving questions that can be pursued by the IC: 
• Examples:
• - How many militia organizations are in the United States?
• - Which militias have the capability to conduct a raid on a state capital or city town hall within the United States?
• - Which militias have foreign funding resources and what foreign entities are supporting (directly, indirectly, overtly or covertly) their equippage, training, sustainment, logistics, or other material resources?

(Abbreviated example): Russian Influence Operations and Political Warfare activities are destabilizing to the United States directly (domestic disinformation campaigns in the United States as seen during the 2016 Election) and its interests abroad (the influence operations in Britain that influenced the Brexit vote) (U.S. Senate, 2017). Russia has demonstrated an intent to undermine the United States system of governance (critical infrastructure) by influencing the voting population and sowing distrust of the United States electoral processes and laws. It has also sought to destabilize the population along religious, racial, and partisan fault lines.
