I believe that statement because, in the future, I want to have an impact on the planet in some way and be able to give back. When helping others, you can also be an inspiration to others to do the same. Using other networks like LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter I can develop a professional brand for myself and make a name for myself out in the world. However, it is not easy but the great Warren Buffett said, “It take 20 years to build a reputation and 5 minutes to ruin it, If you think about that you’ll do things differently”. Through these platforms a professional reputation is made and then able to grow and make its place in the real world, complementing your personal brand. I would like my personal reputation to be regarded highly and sustain its place in the specific field that I occupy. Above all, honesty to the people and being a role model are vital because as a leader, the people must trust you, and you must demonstrate to them that you will not betray their trust. Identifying my objectives, which involves doing what people need rather than what they want and becoming a change agent (Supratman, Entang, and Tukiran, 2021). Subsequently, meeting people's needs and accomplishing set targets creating and delegating concrete action measures with a fair and practical timeframe. Constant verification of improvement is critical, and this is accomplished by conducting frequent evaluations of results and, because of these reviews, adjusting what is not working to what is (Jeff, 2021). This well-thought-out strategy is crucial and repeating each move from the first to the last is a good simple system that will work during a leadership term.
