   You are the Business Director for the Middleboro Health System. You have been asked by the organization’s Human Resources Department to develop an orientation for new administrative and support staff on public and third-party payers for healthcare services. The organization operates both inpatient and outpatient services and has a pharmacy. Middleboro Health System is located near a military based and provides services to both active duty military and veterans.
    
7. Using a communications method of your choosing (electronic or written). Develop an orientation training that covers:
   1. Private and voluntary health insurance
   2. Medicaid and Medicare
   3. Veterans healthcare
8. The orientation should give a big-picture overview. If you choose to use PowerPoint, you must utilize the speaker’s notes to add information supporting the slide content.
9. The communication method is of your choosing. It must be in a format accessible for grading.
10. The final product must be professional in nature and formatted appropriately. If you choose to do a written version of the training, it needs to be formatted as such, not as a paper.
