Had to be home before the street lights come on and she meant home in the house not walking up the street. No company in the house when there wasn’t no adult present. We went to church EVERY Sunday and sometimes 2 times a Sunday. If there was church going on during the week I had to attend. I wasn’t allowed to spend the night out with friends. I ate whatever she cooked or PB&J sandwich. I was only allowed to eat fast food once a week and that was on Saturdays. I had everything I needed and more. In todays world the children eat McDonald s every night, and do not know how to make up their beds, parents are cleaning up their rooms after they destroy it.
